Qualifications: Five or more years of administrative textile manufacturing experience, preferably including financial services, accounting, banking- related.
Ability to accurately, efficiently, and pleasantly deal with operational staff.
Pleasant and professional phone and personal demeanor.
Strong administrative abilities, detail orientation, and software skills. (MS office suite, Excel, 10-key, typing, etc and contact management software experience a must)
Excellent analytical skills. and proficiency in some or all the following: peach tree, quick books pro, others considered.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong English language communication skills.
Ability to set the work priorities according to the changing demands of an extremely fast growing small company.
Strong ability to work independently and time management’s skills. And ability to multitask and prioritize projects, and fallow through on them to their proper solution.
Bachelors, AA, or other substantial college level course work in accounting.
Must be able to pas a thorough background and reference check.

Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and Account receivable invoices and checks/ collections bank reconciliations/ deposits/cash flow projections, cash receipts, coordinate with payroll service, maintain an organized office, monthly financial statements, prepare invoices every other day for the sales people for hundreds of stores, prepare month end closing journal entries and reports, safeguard company assets by creating and maintaining sound internal accounting control systems, perform inventory accounting control,
answer incoming calls and emails.
